The message of Jesus Christ is never boring. Because of God's great love, Jesus' great sacrifice and the fact that the time is short, we teach & preach with a passion and joy for God and for people. The Pastors at Immanuel present practical messages that are biblical, inspiring, relational and very relevant to real life issues
Immanuel Community Church was pioneered in 1991 under God's direction and the leadership of Pastor Smucker. Immanuel was formed from two churches, Redeemer Community Church in Flushing, a Mennonite Church, and Elim Tabernacle, a non-denominational Christian church. Initially, the new church was based in Bayside, New York. Eventually, the church moved its location to Flushing, where it currently resides.
